1. Place Your Order and Upload Pet Information
When placing your order, please provide the following details:
Pet Details: Enter your pet’s name, species, date of birth, and date of passing.
Photos or Videos: Upload clear images of your pet from multiple angles or short videos to help us recreate their unique features.
Additional Notes: Include any special requests or specific details in the order remarks section.
2. Design and Production Phase
Production Time: Custom products require 5–10 calendar days to be completed.
Progress Updates: If you’d like to check the status of your order, feel free to contact us at support@memorytails.com. Our team will provide timely updates on the progress of your keepsake.
3. Confirmation and Shipping
Design Confirmation: Once we receive your order details and there are no additional changes, we will proceed directly to the design and production process.
Shipping Time: Your product will be shipped within 10 calendar days upon completion.
Special Notes
For Custom Products: As each product is uniquely crafted, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a quality issue.
