Free Shipping on Orders Over $80

Orders over $80 qualify for free shipping. For orders less than $80, a $5.99 shipping fee will be applied.

Delivery Time

  • Standard Products: 5-10 business days.

  • Custom Products: Production time is 10 calendar days, followed by delivery within 15-20 business days.

Note:

  • The delivery time for pre-sale products depends on their arrival time.

Possible Delays

  • International Shipping: Customs clearance and other international shipping regulations may cause delays.

  • Unexpected Events: Extreme weather, natural disasters, or global events like the COVID-19 pandemic can disrupt supply chains and delay shipping.

Our logistics partner will choose the best carrier for delivering MemoryTails products to ensure optimal service for our customers.

Multiple Items in One Order

We strive to deliver all items in your order simultaneously. However, different shipping options may apply to different products, causing them to be shipped separately. You will receive a shipment notification email once each item has been dispatched.

Changing Delivery Address

Once your order has been shipped, we cannot change the delivery address. You can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it and reorder with the correct details.

Note:

  • If you cancel your order more than 1 hour after placing it, any applicable return shipping fees will be your responsibility.

  • Providing an incorrect address that results in a lost or unrecoverable package means you bear the loss. MemoryTails will not replace the order or issue a refund.

Return Policy for Custom Products

  • Custom products are made specifically for you. Unless there is a quality issue, custom products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
