Enjoy free shipping on all orders over $29.98. For orders under $29.98, a flat $2.99 shipping fee will apply.
Delivery Time
Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time (+ Customization Time, if applicable)

All orders are processed within 48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). -

Standard delivery typically takes 5-10 business days, depending on the shipping destination. -
Customization Time (if applicable):
Custom products require 5-10 business days for production. Once production is complete, standard shipping timelines will apply.

- Delivery time for pre-sale products depends on their availability and may vary.
- Delays may occur during peak holiday seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Multiple Items in One Order
While we strive to deliver all items in your order together, some products may ship separately due to varying processing or shipping requirements. You will receive a shipment notification email for each dispatched item.
Changing Delivery Address
If you need to modify the delivery address:
- You may cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it and reorder with the correct details.
- Once your order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be changed.
Important Notes:
- Canceling an order more than 1 hour after placement may incur return shipping fees, which are your responsibility.
- If an incorrect address results in a lost or unrecoverable package, you will bear the loss. MemoryTails will not replace the order or provide a refund.

Custom products are uniquely made for you and are therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of quality issues.
