Custom orders typically take between 7-14 business days to complete, depending on the complexity of the design and the product type. We will keep you updated throughout the process and notify you once your item is ready for shipment!

We want you to be completely satisfied with your custom piece! If you’re not happy with the final product, please reach out to us within 14 days. We’ll work with you to address any issues or offer a refund or replacement, depending on the situation.
